Each link is hand tied, fermented, and aged for three weeks to develop superb taste and texture. They are proud to have built a growing, exciting business in the heart of downtown Barre, VT - taken a basically abandoned 9000 sq ft building and created a meat processing facility in a community excited to have them there.
