Mens Bible Study

Saturday Mornings,Beginning February 20
at 9:00 a.M. in the Gathering Space.

In 2015, Bishop Thomas J. Olmstead (Phoenix) issued a challenge to the men of his diocese – to step into the breach.  His exhortation, “Into the Breach: An Apostolic Exhortation to Catholic Men”, identifies the crisis of faith facing the Church today and presents a vison of the role of Catholic men in combatting it. Inspired by Bishops Olmsted’s vison, the Knights of Columbus and the Diocese of Phoenix have joined together to produce a 12-episode video series, also titled,  “Into the Breach”.

Beginning on Saturday, February 20, these 12 episodes will be the focus of the Men’s Saturday Morning Prayer Meeting at 9:00a.m.  At each meeting we will watch the video for that week, discuss that topic in more detail and share and reflect how Jesus has helped us in our lives or how we can do a better job of allowing Jesus into our lives  concerning the weekly topic.   The twelve topics – Masculinity, Brotherhood, Leadership, Fatherhood, Family, Life, Prayer, Suffering, Sacramental Life, Spiritual Warfare, Evangelization and The Cornerstone will span all of Lent and the Easter season.  WE welcome the men of the Parish to join us for these sessions.  Due to the COVID_19 situation, we will have limited number of men allowed in the Gathering Space.  We will also have opportunity for men to participate online.  We are asking for you to register in advance by clicking on the button below.

We are calling you to step out – “INTO THE BREACH”
